Founded by attorney Luciano Rodrigo Duarte, registered with the Brazilian Bar Association – Parana Section (Brazilian Bar Association/PR) under number 45.922.
- Graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of Law of Curitiba;
- Specialist in Business Law and Civil Law from the Brazilian Academy of Constitutional Law – ABDConst;
- Member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association – Parana Section (Brazilian Bar Association/PR);
- Member of the International Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association – Parana Section (Brazilian Bar Association/PR);
Has direct experience in Business Law and Corporate Law, specifically in the formatting of business models and in the resolution of all contractual, banking, real estate, tax and corporate issues, directly or indirectly involved.
Provides all advisory and preventive legal services during the pre-operational and operational phases, monitoring the entire process of creating and modifying business models in its areas of expertise. Has partnerships with several law firms to resolve legal issues in Brazil and abroad.
