Created by the lawyer Luciano Rodrigo Duarte, registred at Order of Brazilian Lawyers - Paraná Section (OAB/PR) under n. 45.922, formed in 2007 from the Faculty of Law of Curitiba and expert in Corporate Law and Civil Law by the Brazilian Academy of Constitutional Law - ABDConst.
Has direct experience in Corporate Law, specifically in the formatting of business models and resolution of all contractual, banking, real estate, tax and corporate matters directly or indirectly involved.
Performs all advisory and preventive advocacy of the pre-operational and operational phases, following all the process of the creation and modification of business models in their areas of expertise.
It has partnered with several offices to resolve legal issues in Brazil and abroad.
